I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse. The value for money was exceptional, with clean and quiet rooms. The location was perfect, between the city centre and Angkor Wat, making it easy to explore both. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The staff at Firefly Guesthouse - The Berlin Angkor were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome and at home during our stay. We were picked up from the station by a tuktuk driver who was patient and accommodating throughout our time in Siem Reap. The guesthouse itself was very affordable, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and the food and drinks were delicious. The guesthouse also offered tours of Angkor Wat, providing a unique and less crowded experience. I highly recommend Firefly Guesthouse - The Berlin Angkor for its excellent service and value for money.

Great value for money, even a (simple) breakfast is included. Location is good for Angkor Wat, but somewhat distant from city life. Laundry service is somewhat expensive, but great performance. Good shower in the twin room.
Tuk-Tuk drivers can't find it yet, so bring a map. Staff is friendly but is not competent and tries to sell you their services everytime. Loud Asian music starting at 7 AM every morning and windows did not close properly. Nearly missed sunrise because door was locked, while they knew we'd leave. Without notice, the gates were closed at night, so we had to climb them and wake everybody to get in.

Delicious breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful creek. Loved the jacuzzi tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Free bikes were a great way to explore the area.
Oh, and the iron grille in front of the windows? So elegant, I felt like I was in prison.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is also very budget friendly. It is quite close to angkor wat!
There is nothing actually because the hospitality was really good. The only thing is perhaps it is a bit far from the city so you need to take a tuk tuk to city for dinner etc..

Located within walking distance of the Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital, this guesthouse offers convenient accommodation for those wanting to be close to the hospital. Its proximity to the temples also makes it an ideal choice for exploring the famous Angkor Wat. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, assisting with tour arrangements and offering helpful tips. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax at the rooftop, which offers a nice view of the surroundings. Bicycles are available for free, allowing guests to easily explore the area.
The restaurant's food could be improved, although it is still decent.

Awesome!!!! Absolutely lovely hotel!!! The location was fabulous! Not in the center (with all the noise) and still just 3 mins drive to night market and pup street. A paradise from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wonderfully helpful owners who arranged travel with no commission on top. Very spacious comfortable and clean rooms. Best value hotel in our travel in Cambodia and Thailand and one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in with the most amazing friendly staff. Great.
...that we had too leave after 4 night to go home.....

The owners were amazing!! The most caring and interesting people I have met in a long time!!! They were fantastic! I felt like I was home. The service is 5 stars: the food, the tours, and my room! All was amazing! Best decision I made during my trip through Southeast Asia. (They have great plans to keep expanding!)
A little far away from Pub Street, but you can go by tuk tuk!

We had a fantastic time at Firefly Guesthouse. The rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning, fans, and mosquito nets. The owners were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for exploring Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. They even provided free bikes for easy transportation to the temples and city center. The open roof kitchen was a great space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Plus, we were grateful for the option to use the showers on our check-out day. Highly recommended!
Can just recommend this hotel.

Had a great time over Xmas at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide useful advice. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I appreciated that they were cleaned every morning. The location was perfect - just a short tuk-tuk ride away from the center, where all the neon lights and noise could get overwhelming. And I loved that the local market was just a street away, so I could explore and experience the authentic side of the city.
There were some road renovations going on nearby, causing a few obstacles and inconveniences. , the checkout process was a bit slow and complicated, which was frustrating.

I booked for my wife and a child staying for 2 nights to visit Angkor. They were happy with the care and friendliness of the Owner. The guest house is very close to the Angkor Entrance. They enjoyed the tour by bicycle provided by the guest house. I will recommend again this guest house for guests touring Angkor.
the lock to the toilet shall be repared.
